Andersen Expands E-Series Product Line to Include White Oak Species Option

Andersen Windows and Doors is expanding its E-Series product line to include a new white oak species option, extending its industry leadership.

Andersen has the best selection of contemporary windows and doors, according to a recent survey of homeowners.

“White oak, with its natural, muted tone, offers a new spin on the natural wood window. Its organic, natural, and whitewashed appearance creates a light and airy relaxed look that is adaptable to a variety of design styles such as contemporary, mid-century, and the growing Japandi and Scandi styles” Kristy Howe, vice president of marketing at Andersen, agreed.

“This new offering works to add warmth to spaces, creating an overall sense of coziness we seek in our homes and helps avoid the cold feeling that can sometimes characterize more contemporary styles.”

For unrivaled flexibility and design freedom, Andersen’s E-Series line is made to customer’s exact specifications. Customers can create striking combinations to bring their design vision to life with 50 standard exterior colors, custom colors, and anodized finishes, as well as a variety of interior wood species and beautiful interior stains.

Customers can choose from a variety of factory finishes, including a clear coat option, to achieve a neutral, natural interior with the new white oak species option. Andersen Big Doors, which are already available in White Oak, complement the new E-Series species option for a unified look throughout the home.

“According to a recent homeowner survey, 31 percent of homeowners believe wood species is one of the most important criteria when updating windows and doors. Adding this new white oak finish to our portfolio broadens our product offering to accommodate the latest in modern design trends and meet any customer’s design goals,” Howe stated.
