RoyOMartin Expands the Capacity of the Eclipse OSB Radiant Barrier

RoyOMartin is expanding its Eclipse OSB Radiant Barrier production line at its Corrigan, Texas facility.

“As always, RoyOMartin strives to be on the cutting edge, increasing production to meet the growing demand for our products,” said Bobby Byrd, RoyOMartin’s director of sales.

The completed production line, when fully operational, will more than double the output of Eclipse OSB Radiant Barrier in the coming months.

“We understand how much home builders value our Eclipse product, and we are working around the clock to meet the increased demand caused by building code changes and rising housing starts in markets that use radiant barrier roof decks.” Byrd went on.

The new line, which includes a Black Brothers laminating station, was built by Globe Machine Manufacturing Co.

We have expanded our capabilities over the last 18 years by improving the efficiency of the original machine, but we realized in 2019 that the market had outgrown our ability to produce enough radiant barriers. “Our new Corrigan OSB LLC facility was the ideal location for us to increase production capacity.”
