New SKF Lincoln Lubrication System Injector Offers New Design and Performance

The SL-6 is intended for the application of extreme pressure greases and has an improved design and features for better and longer-term performance.

Not all jobs are equal, and some are more difficult than others. This is why SKF Lincoln is presenting the SL-6 metering device, the most recent single-line automatic lubrication system injector for use in construction and mining equipment. The SL-6 is intended for the application of extreme pressure greases and has an improved design and features for better and longer-term performance.

This automatic lubrication system injector has been proved to keep your equipment working smoothly while also meeting daily maintenance, leakage protection, and long-term performance requirements. All of this boosts your workplace productivity.

    • The redesigned SL-6 incorporates knurls on the top of the plastic cover for simpler removal and replacement.
    • A highly visible red indicator pin enables easier function inspections.
    • Unlike channel locks, an adjustment screw can be operated with a crescent wrench.
    • A hexagon-shaped body makes it easier to work in small areas.

This lubrication system guarantees that lubricants are always flowing to the bearing, pins, and bushings. It lubricates the machine while it is in motion, overcoming weights and allowing grease to coat all wear surfaces. This all leads to less maintenance, less grease use, and longer component life.

Furthermore, improved sealing technology decreases the danger of bypass, and in the rare case of a breakdown, the closed design directs bypass oil to the bearing.

These and other characteristics ensure that the SL-6 single-line automatic lubrication system injector protects your investment while keeping your equipment working smoothly and efficiently.
