Steves & Sons is Expanding its Door Manufacturing Operations in Utah

Over the next five years, Steves & Sons, Inc. will expand its door manufacturing operations with a new Utah location, bringing more than 200 employees, more than 137 of which will be classified as new, high-paying jobs.

According to the Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity, Steves & Sons, Inc. will expand its door manufacturing operations with a new Utah location, bringing more than 200 jobs in the next five years, with more than 137 classified as new, high-paying jobs.

Steves & Sons is a door manufacturer with interior and exterior door manufacturing plants around the United States.

Since 1866, the Steves family has been associated with the enterprise. Steves & Sons remains committed to quality, craftsmanship, and style six generations later.

The Steves family founded the company on the principles of responsible growth and environmental care.

Steves & Sons presently has manufacturing operations in four other states.

This 160,000-square-foot structure in Brigham City, Utah, expands Steves & Sons’ capabilities to better service clients.

“Brigham City was chosen because of the availability of a quality workforce and its geographic location to better serve our customers,” Tres Steves, Vice President of Steves & Sons, explained.

“At all of our plants, Steves & Sons has made a significant commitment to being a state-of-the-art, high volume residential interior molded door manufacturer, and our new Utah facility is scheduled to begin operations later this year.”

“The door manufacturing industry has changed dramatically in recent years, and our company has grown at a breakneck pace,” said Scott Lovett, Vice President of Operations at Steves & Sons.

“With the launch of this new factory and the equipment we have ready to install, we will be at the technological vanguard of the industry, allowing us to handle even higher production levels while maintaining our high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and environmental responsibility.”
